Sua função será buscar novas oportunidades de negócios entrando em contato e desenvolvendo relacionamentos com clientes em potencial. Para ter sucesso nessa função, você deve ter experiência anterior no desenvolvimento de clientes em potencial por meio de campanhas de marketing e no cumprimento de metas de vendas. Você usará suas habilidades de comunicação para cultivar fortes relacionamentos com os clientes, desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento do negócio. Você também garantirá o serviço pós-venda adequado. Se você é motivado e focado em resultados e gosta de trabalhar em um ambiente de equipe, gostaríamos de conhecê-lo. Por fim, você aumentará as vendas e contribuirá para o crescimento dos negócios a longo prazo.

Responsabilidades

  • Qualificar clientes em potencial por meio de campanhas de marketing como oportunidades de vendas
  • Entrar em contato com clientes em potencial por meio de ligações de telemarketing e e-mails
  • Apresentar a nossa empresa para clientes em potencial
  • Identificar as necessidades do cliente e sugerir produtos/serviços apropriados
  • Personalizar soluções de produtos para aumentar a satisfação do cliente
  • Construir relacionamentos de confiança e longo prazo com os clientes.
  • Buscar proativamente novas oportunidades de negócios no mercado
  • Organizar reuniões ou chamadas entre clientes (em potencial) e Executivos de conta
  • Reportar ao Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Negócios sobre os resultados de vendas (semanais/mensais/trimestrais)
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre os novos produtos/serviços e novos planos de preços/pagamento
  • Experiência de trabalho comprovada como Representante de Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Executivo de Contas de Vendas ou cargo similar
  • Experiência prática com várias técnicas de vendas (incluindo chamadas de telemarketing)
  • Histórico de alcance de metas de vendas
  • Experiência com software de CRM (por exemplo, Salesforce)
  • Familiaridade com o MS Excel (análise de planilhas e gráficos)
  • Compreensão das métricas de desempenho de vendas

Where can I post jobs for free?

Using Workable’s free trial account, you can post your job ad for free to multiple job boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, Glassdoor and more for 15 days.

What happens after I publish my job ad?

Every job board has its own acceptance criteria — and our support team knows them all. So after you publish your job via Workable, we’ll give it a quick review. If there are any issues with your post, we’ll email you to resolve them. Otherwise your job will be published to multiple free job boards — including LinkedIn and Indeed — in 12-24 hours!

How will I know when my job is approved?

Typically, it takes 12-24 hours for job boards to approve a posting. As soon as your job is approved your job status will change from “In Review” to “Published” and you’ll start getting candidates!

When do I have to pay for my job?

You can try Workable for free for 15 days. After 15 days your jobs will be archived and removed from job posting sites, but you’ll still be able to access your Workable account and to see all of the candidates who applied. If you want to keep your job live, you can purchase our monthly Paygo plan for $129/job per month.
